Sabey Data Centers has announced expanded power capacity across several of its US flagship campuses, providing immediate and future availability for enterprise and hyperscale operators. According to the company, this expansion delivers additional energy resources to address rising data center demand driven by both enterprise and hyperscale growth.
Technical details provided by Sabey Data Centers:
- SDC Columbia: 4.5 MW available for lease now and 18 MW available for pre-leasing; the first 9 MW to be online in the fourth quarter of 2026 and the next 9 MW in 2027.
- SDC Seattle: 3.5 MW available now and 12 MW available for pre-leasing, scheduled to come online in 2027.
- SDC Manhattan: 755 kW currently leasable.
- SDC Ashburn: 14 MW for pre-leasing, expected online by the third quarter of 2026.
- SDC Austin: 18 MW available for pre-leasing, with the first 9 MW available by the fourth quarter of 2027.
- SDC Umatilla: 120 MW for pre-leasing, with the first 12 MW available by 2027.
These capacity increases are aimed at providing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions for data center operators, focusing on both immediate requirements and long-term expansion opportunities.
