KAYTUS launches end-to-end liquid-cooled data center solution for high-density AI racks

KAYTUS has announced a One-Stop End-to-End Liquid-Cooled Data Center Solution aimed at simplifying large-scale liquid-cooling deployments for AI data centers while improving energy efficiency. KAYTUS says the offering spans design, development, deployment, and operations, and targets high-density builds up to 15 kW per node and 130 kW per cabinet, with a claimed Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) below 1.1.

KAYTUS positions the solution around modularization, prefabrication, and safety, and says it addresses common engineering barriers in liquid-cooled facilities: interdisciplinary design across power distribution, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) path planning, structural load, and airflow management; multi-contractor coordination during deployment; cross-domain tuning; and operational requirements such as coolant control, leak prevention, and fault diagnostics.

The company frames its approach as a “4D Integrated Solution” covering Design, Develop, Deploy, and Dynamic Optimization. On design, KAYTUS says it provides Building Information Modeling (BIM) blueprints and early planning consulting, including primary-loop analysis and secondary-loop design covering Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU), liquid-cooling ring network, coolant, and HVAC pathways. On development, KAYTUS says it supplies a full-stack portfolio including servers, storage, networking, CDUs, cooling loops, and operations platforms including KSManage and MotusAI. On deployment, KAYTUS says factory pre-integration and testing of components, pipelines, and equipment can improve delivery efficiency by more than 50%, and it cites around 200 MW of project deployment experience. On dynamic optimization, KAYTUS says it provides benchmarking, performance validation, and tuning for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, including stress testing from node-level up to rack and cross-rack systems.

On the cooling hardware side, KAYTUS says its self-developed megawatt-class CDU delivers up to 1,200 kW heat exchange capacity with 36°C primary inlet water temperature and 40°C secondary supply liquid temperature. For operational risk control, the solution includes a leak detection system and a dual-valve safety design intended to isolate only the affected cabinet during a leak. KAYTUS also states the coolant complies with EU RoHS 2.0 and REACH, with zero detection of 233 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).

For faster builds, KAYTUS also offers a prefabricated container solution that it claims can reduce construction time by 80%. KAYTUS compares a traditional 500-rack data center build time of about 18 months with a container approach that completes around 90% of assembly and testing in the factory, shortening the timeline to four months. KAYTUS says the container option integrates liquid cooling, photovoltaic, energy storage, and waste heat recovery, and includes eight functional container types for AI, general-purpose, and edge scenarios, with horizontal and vertical expansion up to five layers.

KAYTUS also cites prior deployments, including experience building large-scale liquid-cooled data centers with over 1,000 cabinets across major regions, and a European financial-services project where it says it delivered an end-to-end service for 96 rack-scale liquid-cooled systems using ring-network piping, 100 kW independent liquid-cooling cabinets, and intelligent leak detection to support 24/7 operation.
