Mouser expands data center-focused Renesas server and power electronics lineup

Mouser Electronics has announced the availability of new Renesas Electronics products, including over 28,000 parts with nearly 10,000 currently in stock. The additions target advanced embedded, power, and AI-enabled applications, providing engineers—especially those in the data center sector and related fields—with new component options.

The featured Renesas TP65H030G4Px 650 V 30 mΩ Gallium Nitride (GaN) field-effect transistors (FETs) are designed for high-efficiency, high-density power conversion in data centers, industrial systems, and e-mobility platforms. These FETs utilize Renesas’s SuperGaN platform, offering performance improvements over silicon and Silicon Carbide alternatives. Available in TOLT, TO-247, and TOLL packages, they enable customization for power architectures from 1 kW up to 10 kW and beyond with parallel configurations.

Mouser is also stocking RA8P1 microcontrollers, featuring AI-enabled single- and dual-core designs built on Arm Cortex-M85 and Cortex-M33 processors. These devices include the Arm Ethos-U55 neural network processor for boosted artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital signal processing, and scalar performance—suitable for edge, AI, and IoT applications. The RA4C1 microcontrollers introduce low power modes, advanced security, multiple communication interfaces, segment LCD support, and 512 kilobytes of dual-bank on-chip flash, making them well-suited for industrial user interfaces and secure software updates.

Additionally, the RAA48930x three-level synchronous buck controllers are now available, intended for battery charging and voltage regulation in USB Type-C systems, including potential applications in portable power solutions. These controllers minimize power loss and system size via a three-level buck topology, improving efficiency and reducing inductance requirements.

Mouser says it continuously updates its inventory with new Renesas parts and provides an online technical resource center, including data sheets, application notes, and engineering tools to support design and development projects.
