Rimini Street and American Digital announce data center software support partnership

Rimini Street has announced a partnership with American Digital to provide integrated enterprise software support and managed services for data centers running on Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) infrastructure. According to Rimini Street, the joint offering targets North America-based organizations seeking to maintain and enhance mission-critical Oracle, SAP, and VMware environments without undergoing disruptive platform migrations or upgrades.

Under this partnership, Rimini Street delivers support and managed services for enterprise software, while American Digital provides and operates the HPE-based infrastructure stack. The companies report that this approach helps clients immediately cut total software maintenance costs by up to 90 percent, maintain system stability, and ensure ongoing security and regulatory compliance. Rimini Street and American Digital also state they can facilitate integration of modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence and workflow automation, on top of existing systems without the need for vendor-driven upgrades or additional budget allocation.

The alliance is aimed at enterprises, including data center operators and technology-driven organizations that need to extend the lifecycle of their current IT investments while adding new capabilities. Rimini Street claims that its approach allows organizations to avoid low return-on-investment software migrations and keep existing applications optimized and compliant within their current budgets.

Regal Rexnord, cited as a current client in the announcement, uses the combined Rimini Street and American Digital solution to extend its data center investment. Tim Dickson, chief digital and information officer at Regal Rexnord, commented: “Our partnership with Rimini Street and American Digital has been built on a foundation of trust, responsiveness, and shared commitment to excellence,” said Dickson. “Their teams consistently deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise, enabling us to extend the value of our data center investments and drive digital transformation with confidence. We deeply appreciate the close collaboration and reliability they bring to our operations.”

Seth Ravin, CEO of Rimini Street, added: “With rising IT costs, urgent licensing and security challenges and looming vendor end of support dates for mission-critical systems, coupled with the demand from the board for fast adoption and execution of ROI-rich innovations like AI, organizations must achieve growth, profitability and speed to market,” said Ravin. “Sinking costs into endless upgrades will leave organizations behind competitors and waste limited resources that could be focused on new innovation. The partnership between Rimini Street and American Digital ensures clients can leapfrog competitors and bring to market real, tangible innovations – quickly and within existing IT budgets.”

Bob Panos, president of American Digital, said: “The American Digital and Rimini Street partnership is designed to deliver immediate, measurable cost savings while ensuring critical applications are fully covered with flexible, tailored solutions that adapt to each client’s unique needs,” said Panos. “Together, we’re redefining exceptional service and driving real results from day one.”
