GPTBots.ai expands data center locations for AI platform users

GPTBots.ai has announced the V3.0.0805 update to its AI agent platform, adding new data center selection capabilities aimed at global enterprises. According to the company, users can now choose between Singapore and Thailand data centers during organization setup, giving businesses greater control over regional data residency, security, and compliance requirements.

The update enables organizations to store all associated resources—including agents, knowledge bases, workflows, and logs—in the region selected at the outset. Supported data center endpoints are api-sg.gptbots.ai for Singapore (default) and api-th.gptbots.ai for Thailand. GPTBots.ai claims this flexibility helps users meet local data protection laws, optimize platform performance via reduced latency, and manage data efficiently across different markets.

GPTBots.ai reports that this new functionality is designed to address the needs of international businesses operating in multiple jurisdictions. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, indicating adherence to recognized security and confidentiality standards.

The product is targeted at enterprise users building AI-driven business workflows—such as customer service, knowledge management, data analysis, and lead generation—who require configurable data management and integration with leading AI models. GPTBots.ai also supports on-premise deployments.

“As we continue our global expansion, our focus remains steadfast on delivering the flexibility, security, and performance enterprises need to thrive in an increasingly interconnected economy,” said Chris Lo, Founder and CEO of GPTBots.
