Senao launches x86 enterprise servers for on-prem AI and edge inference

Senao Networks has rolled out an x86 enterprise server portfolio under its Senao Computing brand, targeting enterprise AI deployments that stay inside customers’ own IT environments, including both data center and edge locations.

The lineup includes five platforms: SR810, SR710, SR610, SE210, and SE110. Senao positions the portfolio for a range of workloads, including generative AI, AI inference, model fine-tuning, data analytics, visualization, and intelligent edge computing. Selected configurations support NVIDIA RTX GPUs.

Senao breaks the family into three tiers. SR810 and SR710 are aimed at “high-performance computing” use cases, SR610 is described as a mainstream enterprise compute system for AI inference, analytics, virtualization, and general-purpose workloads, and SE210 and SE110 are intended for edge intelligence, with compact systems designed for localized inference and real-time processing closer to where data is generated.

On-premises and edge AI infrastructure decisions tend to be driven less by model hype and more by data locality and control: where sensitive data lives, what security policies must be enforced, and how governance and regulatory requirements apply. This portfolio is explicitly framed around that reality, giving enterprises server options that map to different deployment footprints without defaulting to public cloud infrastructure.

“Enterprises are looking for practical ways to bring AI closer to their data and business operations,” said Dr. Bou Lin, President at Senao Networks. “Our new x86 enterprise server portfolio provides flexible computing building blocks that allow customers to deploy AI according to their own performance, security, and infrastructure requirements—from the data center to the edge.”

The company is presenting the server family on the Senao Computing site, which also aggregates product specifications, AI solutions, and information on Senao’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
