Edge Computing Expo Europe is the TechEx series’ edge-focused Amsterdam event, co-located with AI & Big Data Expo, Cyber Security & Cloud Expo, IoT Tech Expo, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Transformation Week. Two days at RAI Amsterdam on October 20–21 draw roughly 10,000 combined attendees across the co-located shows, covering edge infrastructure for industrial IoT, distributed AI inference at the edge, 5G MEC, edge-native application architectures, and the operational tooling needed to run fleets of geographically distributed sites.
The edge story has turned a corner: where earlier events rehashed the theoretical case for moving compute out of centralized data centers, the 2026 conversations are mostly about running actual edge fleets in production — site hardening, remote management at scale, failover between edge and core, and the economics of deploying GPU-enabled edge nodes for real-time AI inference in retail, industrial, telecom, and transportation settings.
Attend if you operate edge fleets, if they sell into micro-modular or ruggedized edge infrastructure, or if they’re evaluating how AI inference is migrating out of centralized campuses toward the edges of the network.
