Compu Dynamics Modular has rolled out an expanded modular AI infrastructure portfolio that packages high-density power, cooling, and compute capacity into repeatable building blocks for AI training, inference, and HPC deployments. The lineup spans single-module deployments up through campus-scale configurations, with the goal of bringing capacity online faster than traditional one-off builds.
The portfolio is designed and built in the US and ranges from a 750 kW All-In-One Module up through 1.5 MW and 3 MW configurations, topping out at a 5 MW to 6 MW Turnkey AI Factory. CDM also describes a growth path where sites can start with “right-sized” capacity and expand toward 10 MW, 15 MW, 50 MW, and larger AI campuses.
CDM’s modules combine IT white space with supporting electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including hybrid air and direct-to-chip liquid cooling. The company ties the product direction to rising GPU rack densities, describing “hundreds of kilowatts per rack” as the pressure point pushing operators to rethink both power delivery and heat removal, along with project timelines. For data center engineers, the practical question is less about the label on the module and more about how standardized blocks affect commissioning risk and change management when you’re scaling from a few megawatts to a multi-phase campus.
The 750 kW All-In-One Module is positioned as a compact, self-contained footprint that integrates IT, power, and cooling for edge and space-constrained deployments. The 1.5 MW Base Module is described as the foundational building block of the platform and pairs IT white space with a dedicated 2 MW critical power module plus hybrid cooling. CDM’s 3 MW AI Modular Solution connects two 1.5 MW base modules into a contiguous data hall and supports them with two dedicated 2 MW power modules.
At the top end, the 5 MW Turnkey AI Factory is a campus-scale block delivering 5 MW of nominal IT load, scalable up to 6 MW, with support for configurations up to 64 high-density IT and network racks depending on workload and rack power requirements. CDM describes a “4-to-make-3” electrical architecture and specifies 8 MW of installed UPS capacity for this configuration.

Every solution is engineered around the application workload and the power, cooling, and resiliency requirements that come with it.”
CDM says the modules are factory-tested and built for rapid site installation, Level 5 commissioning, and ongoing lifecycle support.
