System One acquires Cypress Consulting to expand data center network engineering and security services

System One has announced the acquisition of Cypress Consulting, a Bethesda, Maryland-based technology consulting firm. System One says the deal expands its data center services capabilities in network engineering, automation, and security, adding Cypress Consulting’s experience in cloud architecture, data engineering, cyber security, and digital transformation.

System One notes that Cypress Consulting, founded in 2011, has supported data center and enterprise clients designing, automating, and securing “critical data center and local network infrastructure.” System One says the acquisition strengthens its “critical infrastructure practice,” with Cypress Consulting’s consultants and network engineers augmenting delivery across “complex data center and cloud-based network domains.”

“Our expertise in the design, automation, and security of complex data center networks and other IT networks helps our clients to stay at the forefront of the ever-changing digital technology landscape,” said Amir Tabdili, CEO of Cypress Consulting. “Joining System One allows us to scale our impact and bring even more value to our clients.”

In the near term, Cypress Consulting will continue operating under its existing brand, with integration focused on aligning capabilities, System One says. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
