Endure launches national vendor-neutral UPS and battery services for data centers

Endure Critical Solutions has launched as a national critical power services platform for data centers and other mission-critical facilities, combining Quality Power Solutions (QPS) of Madison, Wisconsin, and Power Storage Solutions (PWRSS) of Dallas. The company describes its offering as vendor-neutral, supporting UPS and battery service needs across North America.

Endure’s scope includes UPS and battery services such as preventive and predictive maintenance, battery testing and replacement, and 24/7 emergency response. The company also lists support for battery energy storage systems (BESS), plus generator and switchgear support, along with asset management aimed at standardizing maintenance practices and reporting across multi-site estates.

For operators, the practical appeal is consolidation: UPS, batteries, DC power, and energy storage support tend to be managed across multiple OEMs and service relationships, especially in multi-site environments. But stitching those programs together only helps if execution is consistent across regions and crews—service quality, reporting, and response times are what engineers will measure, not the platform name.
