SuperX and Teamsun launch joint venture to provide end-to-end AI data center services

SuperX AI Technology Limited has announced the formation of a new Singapore-based joint venture with Beijing Teamsun Technology to deliver end-to-end artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure services for global customers. The new entity, SuperX Global Service Pte. Ltd, will be majority controlled by SuperX, which claims a 51 percent equity stake.

According to SuperX, the core mission of SuperX Global Service is to provide professional services supporting SuperX’s global AI Factory projects and Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC) solutions, as well as offering technical support for customers’ third-party AI products. Service offerings will include a global contact center providing unified multi-channel access, deployment of Modular AI Factory and AI server hardware, maintenance with warranty and spare parts replacement, and full managed operations and maintenance services to ensure high uptime and performance.

SuperX highlights the integration of Teamsun’s experience in digital services, noting Teamsun’s workforce of more than 7,000 employees, 37 global delivery centers, and over 20 years of IT services for 16,000 large enterprise clients. The partnership claims to give SuperX immediate access to Teamsun’s global service and delivery network, enabling rapid-response support for complex deployments in the data center sector.

This joint venture targets critical infrastructure lifecycle needs for AI data centers, which SuperX states will accelerate adoption and deepen customer engagement for solutions such as its Modular AI Factory. SuperX’s product portfolio referenced in the announcement includes high-performance AI servers, 800 Volts Direct Current solutions, high-density liquid cooling, and AI cloud platforms, supporting cloud and edge computing environments worldwide.
