Skanska awarded USD 256 million contract to build new data center in USA

Skanska has announced it has signed a contract valued at USD 256 million to construct a new data center in the United States. The company reports that this contract will be included in its US order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The project scope, as reported by Skanska, covers the construction of the data center shell and interior fit-out. The planned interior includes technical spaces, support areas, and office functions.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with completion targeted for the third quarter of 2027.
