STARTRADER has added 31 new US Share CFDs and ETF CFDs tied to companies and funds across semiconductors, AI infrastructure, optical networking, and nuclear energy. The broker lists the instruments on its trading platform starting August 3, with availability on the STARTRADER app starting August 5.
The expansion broadens STARTRADER’s lineup of CFDs that reference hardware, power, and connectivity infrastructure names in the technology sector—areas that map closely to data center buildouts, even if the instruments themselves are aimed at trading rather than operating infrastructure.
On the single-name side, the semiconductor group includes ON Semiconductor, Wolfspeed, Astera Labs, Rigetti Computing, Sandisk, FormFactor, Navitas Semiconductor, Semtech, Vishay Intertechnology, and AXT. STARTRADER also listed Cerebras Systems, CoreWeave, and Vertiv Holdings, spanning AI chip architecture, GPU cloud infrastructure, and data center power management. Optical networking and related supply chain exposure includes Arista Networks, Ciena, Applied Optoelectronics, and Fabrinet. The list also adds Centrus Energy and NuScale Power for nuclear energy exposure, plus Nokia, EchoStar, USA Rare Earth, Nebius, Iris Energy, and others named in the lineup.
Seven ETF CFDs are also being added, covering semiconductors (SMH, SOXX, SOXL), memory (DRAM), photonics (FOTO), technology software (IGV), and Taiwan equity (EWT).
For data center engineers, none of this changes equipment specs, lead times, or commissioning plans. But the inclusion of infrastructure-adjacent names like Vertiv, and categories like optical networking and semiconductors, is a reminder that “AI infrastructure” is being treated as a single theme by many market participants, even though the underlying constraints in a real build—power delivery, cooling capacity, and network design—rarely move in lockstep.
“As client interest in AI infrastructure continues to grow, this launch reflects our commitment to expanding the CFD instruments we make available, giving eligible clients access to trade a broader selection of these markets,” said Peter Karsten, CEO of STARTRADER.
